INSURANCE

All rates include FULL COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE with no excess.
However, renters are fully liable for any repair or replacement costs if damages occur due to a violation of the Greek Road Traffic Code or if the car has been driven under the following circumstances:

• a. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  b. Driving by an unauthorized person
  c. Using the vehicle for illegal purposes
  d. Driving on non-surfaced (non-tarmac) roads
  e. Damage to tires or the underside of the car due to reckless driving
  f. Damage to the vehicle interior
  

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CAR’S KEYS

The renter is responsible for the car’s keys during the rental period. In case of loss or damage, the renter will be held liable for the cost of replacement.

Passenger Insurance:

Passengers are insured for loss of life or for total/partial, temporary/permanent disability, up to a total amount of €450,000.

REPLACEMENT OF VEHICLE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN

In the unfortunate event of a breakdown or accident, your vehicle will be replaced with another of the same size or a larger category, subject to availability

KILOMETRIC LIMITATION

There is no kilometric limitation.

TAXES

TRAFFIC VIOLATION FINES

All traffic violation fines are the sole responsibility of the renter and will be covered at their own expense.

Accident Reporting
In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter is required to report the incident to the company immediately. Failure to do so may result in the renter being held liable for any additional costs.
The renter must also complete an accident report and, if applicable, file a police report, especially in the case of third-party involvement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the option to cancel at any time without any cancellation penalties. However, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

FUEL POLICY

Fuel is always paid for by the customer. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental period.
No refunds will be given for excess fuel in case of overfilling.

FERRYING THE CAR

Our vehicles are not permitted to be ferried off the island without prior approval from the company. If a renter wishes to take the vehicle off the island, they must inform the company in advance and receive explicit authorization.
DRIVER’S AGE
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and must hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of one year.

DRIVERS LICENCE

Drivers must have a valid Full Driving License held for at least one year.
In accordance with Greek law, renters who are not citizens of the European Union or who do not possess a European Driving Permit must provide an International Driving License.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for the rental is completed at the time of pick-up. The renter may choose to pay either by credit card, debit card, or in cash.

Please note, we do not require a safety deposit, and a credit card is not necessary to rent a vehicle with us.

BABY SEATS

Baby seats are available upon request for an additional small fee

DELIVERY-COLLECTION

We offer delivery and collection of vehicles anywhere on the island for your convenience.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS INSURANCE

An additional driver's insurance is available for €2 per day.

ROAD ASSISTANCE

All of the company’s vehicles are covered by a private 24-hour road assistance service, available seven days a week, free of charge. This service is provided exclusively within Zakynthos Island.

ZAKYNTHOS ROAD MAPS

Road maps of Zakynthos are available upon request, free of charge.

EARLY RETURN OF THE VEHICLE

If the vehicle is returned before the agreed drop-off time, no refund will be issued.
